CONCEPT
Installation "traffic" is constructed from the projection image and the distorted screen. The projection image is road signs shooted from running car. The image of indicator on the original screen is deprived of meaning traffic rules. And that image become contracted light and shadow. Audience don't feel ideal level but hyper reality from the image on the three-dimensional screen.
コンセプト
道路標識を走行中の車から撮影し、変形スクリーンに投影。 変形スクリーンに投影された標識は、交通における指標としての意味を剥奪され、 光と影にまで収斂されたただの映像となる。 奥行きのある変形スクリーンを介することで、 抽象化というレベルを越えて新たなリアリティを獲得し見る者に迫る。
